It is hypocritical of Muslims to reject the validity of the Babi or Baha’i Faiths. Muhammad sealed prophethood until the coming of non-Prophetic Messengers who inaugurated a new Cycle of Revelation for the whole of mankind. These Revelations are in fact better described as having been revealed through “Manifestations” rather than even Messengers. As explained by Dr. Nasr, the Qur’an is clear that the line of Nabi Prophets and Prophetic Messengers Rusul came to an end. Yet the Qur’an does use the term Risalat and Rasul in a somewhat flexible way, as God is described as having sent or having “Mursil” messages and prophets.
