This year 2011 will mark the 25th Anniversary of Baha’i Lotus Temple. Just Imagine how many visitors around the globe have seen this place and/or how many Baha’i Volunteers have served there. 25 years of Lotus Temple!! An average 15-20000 visitors pop by on daily base. Baha’i Lotus Temple: Visitors – A montage of people visiting the Baha’i House of Worship, Lotus Temple in New Delhi, India. In a day there can be up to 15-20000 people visiting. Sunday and Public Holidays the crowds can reach up to 30-40000 people. The Baha’i Lotus Temple is like a silent teacher of the Baha’i Faith. Honored to be invited back to Tom Gindorff’s Baha’i fireside chat and potluck dinner. The topic was about persecution in Iran, including a powerfully moving discussion. I’ve found the Baha’i faith to be very beautiful and enlightening. Bahá’ís believe in the unity of mankind and the oneness of God, teaching that we are all members of the same family; human beings.
